HSY RUNWAY MODEL CASTING

Casting Dates: Sun July 29, 2018 5 PM – 7 PM

Where: Mirage Banquet Halls
2159 El Camino Avenue, Sacramento CA 95821

Requirements:

Appear between 16 – 28 years of age (Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian)
Male: Athletic & tone (5′-11″ min.)
Female: Slender weight to height (5′-7″ min. in bare feet)
Female: Dress size 0-6.
All models must be healthy, in good physical shape, have clear (unblemished) skin, no obvious scars, no tan lines, no excessive piercings or tattoos.

Please Dress as Follows:

Fitted clothes (skinny jeans, tank, V or scoop neck T)
Female: Bring a pair of heels (no slippers, platforms or chunky heels)
Male: Bring dress shoes

Showcase happens August 19th at the Hilton Arden Sacramento
Comp cards and pictures are not required but if you have them bring 2 copies or 2 4×6 headshot prints with your contact info on the back (phone, email, etc) and measurements

Must be a team player and able to take directions
Flexible schedule to work evenings and/or some weekends
Basic knowledge of social media (snapchat, Facebook, instagram, etc)
Problem-solving, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are very important

DMR Productions and the producers of Sacramento Fashion Week are looking for videographers/editors to join the team and capture the behind the scenes production planning, and location execution of photoshoots and shows. We are looking for individuals with flexible schedules to work as needed per project. Must be able to edit and produce a variety of videos and graphic elements to be featured on our Social Media channels including: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc.

Job Type: Part-time/per project
Salary: $100-$200/per project

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in television production, video-photography, editing, and social media management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to film/shoot/produce as a "one-man band" with focus given to social media marketing and promotion.
Familiarity with Mac computers, Final Cut Pro X, and Photoshop
Ability to edit and to completely handle post production including interview segments
Ability to use video and graphics to create content to create a connection with our audiences through social media and other media platforms
Must be able to effectively communicate ideas visually and in writing on social media and web.
Ability to work and execute assignments independently and by proposed deadlines.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative spirit
Availability to work evenings and some weekends
Other television production tasks as needed
Problem-solving, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are very important
Collect b-roll footage from various sources for later use.
Experience taking concepts/ideas and creating multimedia content.
Ensuring correct levels and continuity of audio functions; setting up production equipment; recording voice-over content, adjusting camera angles, lighting, positioning microphones and other production equipment as needed.

International designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin will be coming to Sacramento, California August 19th for an exclusive presentation of his label HSY to present MUHABAT NAMA (LOVE LETTER) at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West.

Fashion enables us to bridge the gap of cultural awareness, while simultaneously bringing business to our local community. The showcase will be the first of its kind ever in Northern California with the designer presenting over 50 pieces of men's and women's attire aimed towards presenting a positive and lighter image of Pakistan.

Hassan Sheheryar Yasin simply known as HSY, is a Pakistani fashion designer was titled by Harper’s Bazaar Magazine as ‘the new King of Couture”. Yasin's fashion label, HSY started as a bridal and formal wear couture house. The brand has become one of Pakistan's most recognized fashion labels that has grown to six stores internationally (including Dubai), and employs over 350 people.

As part of Concert in the Park (CIP) series presented by Downtown Sacramento Partnership. Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) will present pop up stores featuring boutiques and designers during the events. With close to 6,000 fans gathering in the heart of the city to see local and nationally touring artists and downtown Sac’s hottest DJs spinning between sets. Attendees will be able to enjoy live music acts and shop the current trends.
