Fashion Week Sacramento (FWSAC), organized by DMR Productions for over 20 years, is Northern California's premier fashion event. It showcases emerging and established designers while celebrating innovation and sustainability. FWSAC has established itself as a proven launchpad for careers, with alumni achieving national and international recognition.
Notable Designer Alumni
Fashion Week Sacramento has been the debut stage for numerous designers who have gone on to achieve national and international acclaim. The event's reputation as a talent pipeline continues to attract both emerging and established designers seeking exposure and career advancement.
Richard Hallmarq
A Sacramento native and contestant on Project Runway Season 11, who later returned to Sacramento to cast models for his own shows.
Neide Hall - Charmosa Swimwear
Launched her eco-conscious brand at FWSAC and has since been featured in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, worn by icons like Kate Upton.
Ceazar Cabreros
Became Design Director at Marchesa and now at Reem Acra New York, recently designing a gown for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.
Samuel Parkinson - b:SR Brand
Debuted at FWSAC in 2013 with Kings Tribe; a Sacramento-based menswear designer crafting bespoke pieces for clients.
Mimi Tran
Showcased her "Couture à Porter" collections at FWSAC in 2014–2015; has since walked runways at New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week.
Lena Trotsko
Featured at FWSAC in 2014–2015 with Maleficent-inspired couture; now owns a La Jolla boutique and has showcased in Moscow, Singapore, and San Diego events.
Notable Model Alumni

Elaine Welteroth
After modeling at FWSAC, Elaine built a powerhouse career in media, becoming Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, a judge on *Project Runway*, and a bestselling author. She is now represented by powerhouse agency CAA.
Andy Allo
Before touring with Prince and starring in the Amazon series "UPLOAD," Andy was a regular on the FWSAC runway. She is represented by United Talent Agency (UTA).
Amanda Pacheco
After the FWSAC 2012 show, Amanda built a successful international modeling career, represented by Scout Model & Talent Agency and Stars Management (San Francisco).
Sofia Moreno
A standout in the 2015-2016 seasons, Sofia built an international modeling career and is represented by Established Models (London).
Andrey Ivanov
An early success story, Andrey became a Calvin Klein model and walked in NY/Paris Fashion Weeks. He is represented by DT Model Management (Los Angeles).
Christa Moreland
A true Sacramento success story, Christa is represented by Cast Images and has appeared in numerous ad campaigns. She is now a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA).
Xavier Smalls
After getting his start at FWSAC, he landed a lead role in Tyler Perry's "Beauty In Black" on Netflix. His career is guided by Sheree L. Downes Management.
Ashton Shane
A consistent presence on the FWSAC runway (c. 2012), Ashton transitioned to the L.A. market for acting and modeling, represented by AC Talent Agency.

Submissions for the 2026 event are now open. We are looking for designers whose work aligns with the theme of "Fashion Reimagined - Blending Nature, Technology, and Style."

Model Participation
FWSAC serves as a significant scouting opportunity for aspiring models. The event includes comprehensive Model Bootcamp programs that serve as both training and scouting opportunities.
