L for Lupus Foundation
Lupus is an autoimmune disease, in a healthy immune system; the body produces antibodies which destroy unhealthy cells such as bacteria, viruses and foreign waste. However, lupus causes an overactive immune system to produce auto antibodies, which attacks healthy body tissue. This can affect most parts of the body, including any organs.

It is our goal and vision of the L for Lupus Foundation, to assist, provide moral support, financial support and have an emergency safety net program in place for underprivileged women, teens, young adults, and families, many who suffer in silence and alone.
It is our mission is to build the biggest awareness and support system for Lupus patients all over the world. We are a Non-Profit organization that survives off of donations to further our mission and fight Lupus. |

3 Strands Global Foundation
Throughout the world, human trafficking is a fast-growing criminal enterprise. Our current efforts are focused on supporting programs that combat human trafficking in the U.S., Cambodia and Nepal.

Human trafficking is everywhere and affects cities and towns all over the world. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, gender, or religion. It can only be stopped if a global community takes a stand and commits to DO SOMETHING. We all have a responsibility to help put an end to this crime and together we can make a difference. Let’s not only imagine a world free from human trafficking, let’s DO SOMETHING.

Wind Youth Services
Wind Youth Services (Wind) provides supportive services and opportunities to youth experiencing homelessness as they pursue self-determined lives of stability and independence.
|
Wind believes that promoting the safety, shelter and self-determination of all youth experiencing homelessness, including those who are unstably or unsafely housed – regardless of their ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, sobriety status, engagement in the sex trades, and legal history – is fundamental, not only to their human rights, but also to the promotion of a more socially just and equitable society.

Reason to Party

From its beginning, Reason to Party has been an all-volunteer endeavor. This allows us to give as much as possible to the charities we support. We design unique events to raise funds and awareness for worthy causes, and to cultivate tomorrow's philanthropic leaders.

SACFW 2013-2014
Junior League of Sacramento
The Junior League of Sacramento came into existence through the efforts of a group of women working together to better the community in which they lived. Founded in 1942, the JLS is an outgrowth of the former Charity League whose work was primarily directed towards young girls.
|
Since its evolution from the Charity League, the community areas of concentration for the JLS have grown to include health, education, welfare, youth services, civic and cultural activities and appropriate political advocacy necessary to accomplish its goals. Some of the many projects and activities the league has been involved with during its 65-year history indicate the depth of commitment the JLS has demonstrated to the Sacramento community.

Make-A-Wish Foundation
The Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Sacramento & Northeastern California is a non-profit organization committed to helping children with life-threatening medical conditions by making their dreams come true.

Every 34 minutes Make-A-Wish® grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a critical illness in the United States and its territories. We believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides us in everything we do. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve.
