MODEL BOOTCAMP 101
Headed by the producers of Sacramento Fashion Week, this model boot camp is designed to prep aspiring models and help guide and equip them with the necessary skills and professionalism needed to succeed in this competitive market. The Boot Camp is geared towards anybody 16 years of age or older, who have or don't have any experience, and who are seeking advice, refinement of their skills, or have a desire to learn practical skill sets to work freelance modeling as a full or part-time career.
#1 RUNWAY
Learn how to walk the runway, and how to have great posture and exude strong facial expressions. Confidence is key to your runway success, but that only comes if you have a critic who knows their stuff and supports your strength. |
#2 PHOTOSHOOT
Learn how to pose in front of the camera most efficiently. Utilizing what angles are best, and what are the do’s and don’ts of being a professional model in a legitimate photoshoot. |
#3 COMP CARDS
Learn how to organize your profile book, and choosing the right images for your representation. A comp card is a quick snapshot of your genre and what you have to offer a brand as an established model with experience to bring to the table. |
