The 3rd annual Miami Nights 2022 fundraiser for the L for Lupus Community Foundation was an eruption of color and entertainment - and it just keeps getting better! Hosted by the fabulous Andrea Flores, the newest addition to the KCRA 3 News anchor desk, the night was filled with amazing art, incredible dance performances, and a one-of-a-kind fashion show.
The art show featured works from Crystiana Lopez, Sknbones, and Mamiz. Guests had the chance to show their support by participating in the raffle for the artwork.
The Dance Performances
Move with Mo and Team Libertad lit up the stage with their incredible dance performances and special guest 95Mil performed one of his latest singles. Keeping the energy up all night was DJ Elizabeth with Behind The Scenes Sounds.
The Fashion Show
The highlight of the night was the fashion show presented by Sacramento Fashion Week. This year’s featured designers were Hannah Be of Retrospect-Vintage Fashion, Ken Adams of KA Fashions, Maya Leon of Angela De Forsage, and May T of Juku Creations.
The Behind-the-Scenes Magic
Behind the scenes, DMR Productions, JQ Events, and BIQ Moves worked their magic to bring the event to life. Paul Mitchell MTI provided backstage hair and makeup support with Gabello Salon and Eclipse Marquee rolled in an amazing stage display as the centerpiece of the event. All of the attention to detail this year was truly remarkable.
The people that planned and executed this event deserve a huge round of applause. From the producers to the fashion designers and models, everyone played a role in making this party a success. Without their hard work and dedication, this event would not have been possible.
A Successful Night
The night was a huge success for the L for Lupus Community Foundation - and for those lucky enough to attend, it was an experience they'll never forget! This event was truly one of a kind and it is something that everyone will be talking about for years to come. If you didn’t get a chance to attend this year, make sure to mark your calendar for next year's event. It is sure to be even bigger and better than this year's party!
